Pattern Swap Spot uses Stripe for payment processing. By making a purchase or sale, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We charge a platform fee on each successful sale, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your transaction.

• List counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained patterns
• Resell digital patterns created by others without proper authorization
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees by conducting transactions outside the platform
• Use automated systems or bots to access or manipulate the service
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• List patterns with misleading descriptions or photos

7. Content and Projects

Users may share project photos and descriptions to showcase items made from patterns. By posting content, you grant Pattern Swap Spot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you post does not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others.

8. Moderation and Account Suspension

Pattern Swap Spot reserves the right to:

• Review and moderate all listings, projects, and user content
• Remove any content that violates these terms or is inappropriate

• Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments (though we encourage sellers to provide tracking)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pattern Swap Spot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
